22. A quiet day to grieve

I gave myself the gift of time today. Time to feel, time to remember my friend and time to just be gentle with myself. That voice in my head keeps telling me I am being a wuus but I know what my body needs to recover from shock. If I don’t look after myself then I will be prone to sickness and my roductivity will be seriously effected. So today is a mental health day.

 The good news is that I have found the remote for my bed! It was in my purse (handbag for my Brit readers)! I must have been cleaning up the things on my bed and, in my haste, picked it up with some other things that were meant to go back into my purse. It was great to be able to sleep in the normal position again! 

Late this afternoon I decided that it was time to get back to my life again and I drove out to pick up my laptop from Dr. Phil, the computer guru. We are now all set up again ready for serious work later this week.
